What should you do first in Pixel Lineage?

Take a short tour of the town before starting a serious run. Captured gameplay shows the run mode selector, difficulty choices, peddler, inn, blacksmith, auction house, ranch, encyclopedia, and guild areas. These are visual waypoints from a creator guide, not a claim that every menu or balance value is permanent.

Choose a run mode and difficulty

The run setup screen shown in the footage offers Solo, Multiplayer, and Halloween options. A Solo run then displays Normal, Hard, Nightmare, and Torment XIII choices. Normal is the least intimidating place to learn the town loop, but the official game description warns that the fast turn-based roguelike is not meant to be easy.

Make the town tour useful

Use the first visit to identify what each station offers, then return when a run gives you a reason to use it. The peddler footage shows a Potion, Healing Tonic, Whetstone, and Ward Charm; the inn shows shared storage; the blacksmith shows a forge; and the auction house shows player listings. Do not treat displayed prices or stock as fixed data.
